About the role
We are looking for a proactive Full-time Virtual Assistant to support our clients remotely. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, manage administrative tasks, and help improve operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to emails, phone calls and instant messages.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars and maintain contact lists.
- Prepare spreadsheets, presentations and keep online records up‑to‑date.
- Conduct market research and generate performance reports.
- Provide first‑line customer service and address employee administrative queries.
- Identify operational issues, suggest improvements and monitor progress.
- Assist in setting targets and preparing monthly/annual results.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience in a role such as HR, marketing, executive secretary or virtual assistance.
- Familiarity with desktop sharing, cloud services and CRM platforms.
- Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, Lumen5) and major social media platforms.
- Strong command of MS Office, Google Calendar and online collaboration tools.
- Basic graphic or video creation knowledge and excellent communication skills.

What we offer
- Permanent work‑from‑home arrangement.
- Basic salary PHP 15,200‑17,200 per month plus government‑mandated benefits, health coverage, leaves, bonuses and incentives.
