Full Stack Developer (SQL Focused)

About the role

Zero‑Ten Park Philippines is looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on SQL to join its growing technology team. This full‑time, hybrid position will support not‑for‑profits and small‑to‑medium businesses by building and maintaining data‑driven software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL‑driven applications, reporting platforms, and internal business systems.
• Write and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
• Build data integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, and reporting solutions using SSRS and SSIS.
• Support database administration tasks, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of application and database issues.
• Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SQL development or a comparable software development role.
• Strong expertise in SQL/T‑SQL, SQL Server, and database performance optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with SSRS, SSIS, and data integration tools.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
