Full-desk/360 Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Full-desk/360 Recruiter to manage the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for our businesses. You will source, attract and secure top talent across multiple disciplines while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and referrals.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screens and in‑person interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients, coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and support onboarding.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing and selection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑4 years of proven experience as a 360 Recruiter in a staffing agency or consultancy.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools.
