Workday Data Conversion Consultant – HR Strategy & Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Workday Data Conversion Consultant to join Deloitte’s Philippines Delivery Center. In this role you will help clients migrate their HR data to Workday, ensuring accurate transformation and loading of legacy information.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client HR data requirements and design end‑to‑end migration solutions.
• Develop, test, and troubleshoot Workday HCM configurations and integrations.
• Lead the ETL process from design through implementation, creating scripts to transform and load data extracts.
• Collaborate with functional and integration teams to align data needs with system configuration.
• Utilize Workday data load tools such as EIB, Advanced Load, Object Transporter and Migration Recipe.
• Execute data validation, generate custom reports and resolve data issues.
• Provide guidance on risks, impacts and resolutions related to data conversion.

Required skills
