Front of House Server – Guest Service & Cashiering

About the role

Cosmic Philippines is seeking enthusiastic Front of House (FOH) staff to deliver memorable dining experiences across its vegan restaurant locations. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring friendly service, accurate order taking, and smooth transaction handling.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages accurately while maintaining quality standards.
• Operate POS systems for cash and card payments, handling transactions efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Support teammates by communicating effectively and covering tasks as needed.

Required profile

• At least a High School graduate; food‑service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
