About the role
This position is focused on providing logistics support through a call‑center environment. The representative will handle freight dispatch, track shipments, and coordinate with drivers and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Track shipments and provide real‑time updates to customers.
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate transportation schedules.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from drivers, carriers and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment status and documentation.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of US‑based experience in dispatch, trucking, freight brokerage, track‑and‑trace, or transportation operations.
- Direct experience working with drivers, carriers, or transportation providers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple shipments and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
