Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B department of Swissôtel Clark, a 22‑storey non‑smoking hotel located in the Clark Freeport Zone. The role oversees daily operations, ensures service excellence for hotel guests, and drives profitability across all dining outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct all food and beverage service operations, including restaurants, bars, room service and banquets.
• Maintain the highest standards of guest service, hygiene and safety in accordance with hotel policies.
• Develop and control budgets, forecast revenue, manage inventory and optimise cost efficiency.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff, fostering a professional and motivated team.
• Collaborate with culinary, sales and marketing teams to create promotional offers and seasonal menus.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports and implement corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage preferred; additional certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a similar F&B management role.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong business acumen and professional attitude.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of MS Word.
• Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
