Financial Sales Associate - Life Insurance & Wealth Management

About the role

The Financial Sales Associate provides life insurance and wealth management solutions to China Bank's clients, working in coordination with the branch's sales and service teams. The role involves client acquisition, account maintenance, sales reporting and compliance, and is based in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions and work with branch sales and service teams to meet clients' protection, savings and investment needs.
• Strengthen long-term client relationships through excellent customer service and timely handling of financial requests.
• Support the Business Center in meeting sales goals: lead generation, conversion, account acquisition, maintenance, repeat business and cross-selling of MCBL products.
• Prepare monthly sales call plans and daily sales call reports, regularly reviewed with the Area and Branch Manager.
• Conduct client calls, sales presentations, market research, client mapping, telesales and on-site product presentations, sometimes with the Branch Manager.
• Promote referrals of MCBL products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Carry out KYC, CDD and EDD procedures according to each client's risk profile.
• Ensure daily emails are answered, attend meetings, trainings and conferences, complete mandatory compliance trainings on time, and follow customer protection, privacy and data-handling policies.
• Review policies to give clients quality advice and help upsell, resell and cross-sell, and provide post-sales service and complaint escalation.
• Facilitate collections via ADA, over-the-counter or cheque, plan leads with the Branch Manager and perform other assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or college degree.
• Experience in bancassurance sales is highly preferred; sales and customer service experience from banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality and IT is also welcome.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, personable, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
