Finance Operations and Customer Experience Manager

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Finance Operations and Customer Experience Manager to lead a team that delivers high‑quality, end‑to‑end service for both new and existing customers in a small‑to‑medium cluster. The role combines financial operations oversight with a strong focus on customer experience, ensuring timely invoicing, accurate job closure and consistent service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver the value proposition across all customer segments, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and on‑time soft and hard job closure.
• Own FinOps activities, drive best‑in‑class performance, and govern standardized processes across the Maersk network.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous development.
• Act as escalation point for service issues, collaborate with CX, CPMs, FPOs and GSC teams, and lead resolution of critical risks.

Required profile

• Strong experience in logistics, operations or finance operations with a proven ability to lead teams and meet performance targets.
• Demonstrated capability in managing customer‑focused operations, handling escalations and mitigating risks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with commitment to service excellence and results‑driven leadership.
