Finance Business Partner Specialist

About the role

The Finance Business Partner Specialist provides financial insight, analysis, and partnership to business units, enabling informed decision‑making and supporting both strategic and operational objectives. This role acts as a bridge between Finance, Operations, and Support groups to align financial performance with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders to translate financial data into actionable strategies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and medium‑term planning processes.
• Conduct scenario analysis and financial modelling to assess risks and opportunities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance drivers.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to evaluate cost impacts and efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA/CFA preferred).
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience in business partnering, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems or tools.
