About the role

The Finance Business Partner Specialist provides financial insight, analysis, and partnership to business units, enabling informed decision‑making and supporting strategic and operational objectives. This role acts as a bridge between Finance, Operations, and Support groups to ensure financial performance aligns with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders to translate financial data into actionable strategies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and medium‑term planning processes.
• Conduct scenario analysis and financial modeling to assess risks and opportunities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance drivers.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to evaluate cost impacts and efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (CPA/CFA preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business partnering and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
