Finance & Accounting Manager – Revenue Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Finance or Accounting Manager to lead our Revenue Operations function. In this role you will oversee daily finance activities, ensure accurate order management and invoicing, and provide strategic insights through revenue analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day revenue and finance processes, including order management and invoicing.
• Prepare, reconcile, and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports on schedule.
• Conduct revenue and cost‑of‑sales analysis and present recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
• Liaise with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase finance department efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within revenue operations.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Google Sheets and data processing.
• Strong experience with QuickBooks or comparable accounting software.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
