Facilities Officer

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a Facilities Officer to ensure that every employee experiences a safe, clean, and pleasant environment at the workplace. You will be the point person for maintaining the overall sensory experience of the office, supporting the company’s People First culture.

Key responsibilities

• Balance efficiency and aesthetics in the workplace.
• Handle regular maintenance to keep facilities and equipment running smoothly.
• Manage inventories of office and cleaning supplies.
• Create monthly, daily, and annual reports on supplies requisition and costing.
• Monitor and maintain office housekeeping standards.
• Process purchase requisitions efficiently.
• Perform regular inspections of furniture, fixtures, lighting, electrical outlets, and restroom fixtures.
• Support the Deliveries department and account for incoming items.
