Export Assistant

About the role

The Export Assistant supports the Export Shipping & Documentation team by preparing and managing export paperwork. This role ensures that all documents are accurate and processed on time, especially during peak shipment periods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare partial export documents such as Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists.
• Encode shipment information in the export monitoring system and update documentation trackers.
• Enter shipment details into buyers' online systems and fulfill additional data requirements.
• Monitor the status of export regulatory documents, including Health Certificates and Certificates of Origin.
• Assist in verifying document completeness before final review and maintain electronic and hard‑copy filing systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Office Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in export documentation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational and time‑management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
