Senior Analyst, Logistics Transportation

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Logistics Transportation will act as the primary transport analyst responsible for timely and cost‑efficient execution of inventory deployments across international logistics lanes. The role ensures right‑time, right‑place delivery of finished goods, semi‑finished goods and raw materials while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage import and export shipment planning, bookings, scheduling and documentation, ensuring customs and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor shipment milestones, coordinate warehouse pickups and deliveries, and uphold agreed SLAs.
• Oversee inventory management, shipment traceability and transportation network performance in partnership with warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain teams, customers and logistics partners to optimize service, cost and efficiency.
• Track and drive KPIs such as on‑time delivery, container utilization, GSA utilization, SRD and case fill rates.
• Implement cost‑optimization and continuous‑improvement initiatives using LEAN/OPEX methodologies.
• Build strong vendor and stakeholder relationships, manage contract volume utilization and resolve shipment issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, International Business Management or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics, export‑import or freight forwarding, preferably in manufacturing.
• Customs brokerage experience or licensed customs broker is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
