Executive Assistant and Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

The Executive Assistant and Quality Assurance Officer supports the General Manager in daily operations while ensuring the hotel meets its brand standards and guest‑experience goals. This hybrid role blends high‑level administrative assistance with proactive quality monitoring across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, correspondence, and documentation to enable efficient decision‑making.
• Collect, analyse and report guest feedback, coordinate quality audits and support brand‑compliance initiatives.
• Work with Heads of Department to develop corrective actions, service‑recovery plans and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations and meeting minutes using Microsoft Office tools.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High level of discretion, professionalism and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
