ESG Expert

About the role

ING Hubs Philippines is looking for an experienced ESG Expert to lead and drive sustainability initiatives across the organization, supporting ING's goal of achieving net zero and strengthening its environmental, social and governance practices. The role works closely with local and global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate environmental and sustainability priorities into business practices, operations and decision-making, partnering with stakeholders and giving strategic ESG guidance
• Monitor, analyze and report ESG and other non-financial data to local and global stakeholders, and build executive dashboards and management reports tracking progress against targets and KPIs
• Identify, evaluate and recommend ESG opportunities, then collaborate with stakeholders to turn them into measurable initiatives and business outcomes
• Design, drive and execute ESG communication and engagement strategies to raise awareness and influence behavior
• Build and strengthen partnerships with NGOs, industry groups, government agencies and external stakeholders
• Advise on and help develop volunteerism and DEIB initiatives to boost employee engagement and an inclusive workplace

Required profile

• 5-7 years of ESG or sustainability experience
• Strong ESG reporting knowledge
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Project and budget management experience
