ERP Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Remote)

About the role

Twoconnect is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the transformation of multiple business units using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (formerly AX). This fully remote position offers the chance to drive end‑to‑end delivery, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, and ensure successful testing and go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor ERP transformation projects across various departments.
• Manage the full lifecycle of D365 F&O/AX implementations, including requirements gathering, design, testing and deployment.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Oversee risk management, issue resolution and change control throughout the project.
• Provide regular status updates and post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing ERP projects, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
