Entry-Level Talent Pool – Junior Engineers & Architects

About the role

We are building a talent pool of motivated junior professionals in civil, electrical, mechanical engineering and architecture. Selected candidates will be considered for upcoming projects across the construction and design sectors, gaining exposure to real‑world site work and design coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities of trade contractors and ensure compliance with plans, specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, testing and commissioning to verify quality and performance.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants and utility providers to resolve on‑site design issues and revisions.
• Attend technical coordination meetings and document actions and decisions.
• Prepare schematic designs, architectural working drawings, shop drawings and as‑built documentation.
• Assist tender teams, evaluate contractor estimates, and review progress billing statements.

Required profile

• Registered Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, or Licensed Architect.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience or recent graduate with internship exposure.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to dynamic site conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Sketch‑up.
• Basic project management knowledge.
