English Trainer – BPO Language Training

About the role

We are looking for an experienced English Trainer to deliver communication and fluency programs to new hires and existing staff in a fast‑paced BPO environment. The role blends classroom‑style instruction with corporate training to enhance professional language skills.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate English fluency and accent‑neutralization sessions for onboarding and production employees.
• Conduct structured communication workshops aligned with company standards.
• Assess language proficiency and create targeted coaching plans.
• Participate in voice assessments during recruitment.
• Collaborate with Operations to uphold high communication standards across teams.
• Support language‑development initiatives linked to performance goals.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Background in ESL teaching, academic facilitation, or higher‑education instruction.
• Experience at senior high school, college, or university level is highly preferred.
• On‑site availability.
