About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Hotel Reservation Agents to join our customer service team. In this role you will handle inbound hotel reservation inquiries through phone, chat or email, assisting guests with bookings, cancellations, modifications and special requests while delivering excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound hotel reservation inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Assist customers with new bookings, cancellations, modifications, and special requests.
- Provide accurate information on hotel policies, rates, and promotions.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex or urgent issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple communication channels simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting transactions.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
