Electronics Technician (Technical Associate)

About the role

The Technical Associate (Electronics Technician) performs routine and advanced electronics testing, troubleshooting, repair, and assembly to support manufacturing operations, research & development, and quality assurance. The position requires solid technical knowledge in electronics and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced testing of electronic components and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty electronics to maintain product quality.
• Assemble electronic modules and sub‑assemblies according to specifications.
• Support manufacturing, R&D, and quality assurance activities.
• Document test results and maintenance activities accurately.

Required profile

• Graduate of an electronics or mechanical‑related course.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may apply if they demonstrate strong potential).
• Flexible to work shifting schedules and holidays.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Filipino.
• Strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with electronics and mechanical systems.
• Ability to handle both software and hardware components.
• Knowledge of computer hardware.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
