Electrical Engineer

About the role

ArchEn Technologies, a subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation, is seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer to join its on‑site team in Pasig City. You will support the planning, design, and execution of electrical, electronics, and control systems for construction and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed designs for electrical and control systems.
• Conduct technical studies, research, and feasibility analyses.
• Coordinate with project proponents, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to define scope and requirements.
• Prepare implementation plans, cost estimates, and bid documents such as Terms of Reference.
• Manage the bidding process, evaluate proposals, and produce evaluation reports.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and generate regular status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Valid Electrical Engineer license.
• 1–2 years of experience in project planning, design, and project management.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Pasig City.
