E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to drive online sales, enhance our digital presence, and lead the launch of new products. You will be responsible for shaping e‑commerce strategy across multiple platforms and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement e‑commerce strategies to boost website and Facebook performance and increase online sales.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of Shopee, Lazada and TikTok stores, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to improve user experience, conversion rates and sales funnels.
• Coordinate with marketing and MIS teams to execute digital campaigns, optimize SEO/SEM and integrate new technologies.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee customer service, ensuring prompt query resolution and high‑quality support.
• Manage budgets, track expenses and ensure profitability of online channels.
• Lead and mentor e‑commerce teams including developers, designers, live sellers and content creators.
• Generate performance reports and present strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Conduct market research for new product opportunities, manage product launch timelines and monitor post‑launch performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing e‑commerce platforms and digital marketing initiatives.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret traffic data and sales metrics.
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising cross‑functional teams.
• Experience handling budgets, financial planning and profitability analysis.
• Track record of successful new product development and launch coordination.
