Dispatching & Distribution Supervisor – Pasig (PHP 30‑35k)

About the role

Coordinates the prompt, safe and cost‑effective dispatch of finished goods to customers, overseeing delivery schedules, route optimisation and transport‑cost targets while ensuring cold‑chain temperature compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily dispatches, aligning with quality management system requirements.
• Optimise routes and manage fleet maintenance to meet cost and service goals.
• Ensure cold‑chain regulations and food‑safety transport parameters are adhered to.
• Oversee third‑party logistics (3PL) partners and manage asset tracking.
• Handle crisis situations in transit and produce accurate delivery reports.
• Lead a supervisory team to maintain high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations or related field.
• 3‑5 years supervisory experience in logistics, fleet management or cold‑chain distribution, preferably in the food industry.
