Dispatch Logistics & Freight Call Center Representative

About the role

Loop Contact Solutions is looking for a motivated Dispatch Logistics & Freight Call Center Representative to join its team in Makati. You will act as the primary point of contact for drivers, carriers and transportation providers, ensuring shipments are tracked and dispatched efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and update shipment statuses using track‑and‑trace systems.
• Coordinate dispatch schedules and communicate with drivers and carriers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to freight and logistics inquiries.
• Manage multiple shipments simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Provide support for US‑based transportation and trucking operations when required.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in dispatch, trucking, freight brokerage, track‑and‑trace, or transportation operations.
• Direct experience working with drivers, carriers, or transportation providers.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple shipments.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati on either night or day shifts.
• Background supporting US‑based transportation or trucking operations is highly preferred.
