Director, Technology Account Management – Real Time Payments

About the role

The Director of Technology Account Management (Real Time Payments, RTP) will lead the delivery and execution of Mastercard's RTP products and services for operators and clients in the Philippines. This senior position works closely with operators, clients, and regional Mastercard functions to ensure successful deployment, onboarding, and ongoing support of RTP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives from concept to delivery, scoping functional requirements with operators and clients.
• Provide consulting support during onboarding and manage cross‑functional partners.
• Develop technical solutions, guide performance, and ensure effective execution across all delivery phases.
• Offer post‑production support, including troubleshooting, log review, migrations, and testing.
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, operators, and internal teams.
• Support production migrations, address settlement issues, and deliver timely reports.
• Facilitate release management, client training, regression testing, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with country leads, account managers, product leaders, and regional O&T leads to prioritize releases and maintenance.
• Conduct regular training sessions for clients, vendors, and industry authorities.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Real Time Payments and technical integration.
• Proven experience providing technical support for Real Time Payments.
• Experience integrating RTP solutions across multiple platforms and services.
