Salesforce Business Systems and Process Analyst – Asia

About the role

Join Aggreko in Manila as a Salesforce Business Systems and Process Analyst, supporting core business systems across the Asia region. You will act as the primary subject‑matter expert for Salesforce CRM, CPQ and related applications, driving continuous improvement and user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for all business systems enquiries, providing expert guidance and support.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical and system‑related issues while maintaining data integrity and governance.
• Onboard new users, deliver system training, configure and customize Salesforce solutions.
• Plan, coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing for Salesforce and other applications.
• Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, knowledge articles and support documentation.
• Create ad‑hoc reports, dashboards and analytics to support business decision‑making.
• Provide first‑ and second‑line helpdesk support, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Travel within Asia as required to support business and project objectives.

Required profile

• Subject‑matter expert on Salesforce with strong experience as a systems super‑user.
• Ability to act as the first point of contact for Salesforce queries and problem solving.
• Experience rolling out Salesforce updates, enhancements and conducting user acceptance testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
• Available to work five days per week in the Manila office.
