Director of Food & Beverage – Luxury Resort

About the role

South Palms Resort and Spa Panglao – MGallery is seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead its culinary and beverage operations. You will shape guest experiences, drive profitability, and uphold the brand’s high standards in a stunning beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage operations team.
• Maintain and enforce brand standards across all F&B outlets.
• Develop new product concepts and service offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Oversee all points of sale, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate information flow between F&B and other hotel departments.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in hospitality food and beverage management.
• Guest‑oriented, outgoing and service‑minded attitude.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
