About the role

The Director of the CEO’s Office partners directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive the company’s most critical strategic initiatives. This role blends high‑level strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ensuring that growth, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness are delivered quickly and at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leaders to define and prioritize strategic priorities.
• Lead cross‑functional projects spanning growth, operations, and organizational effectiveness.
• Analyze ambiguous business problems, develop actionable frameworks, and accelerate implementation.
• Design operating models, decision‑making tools, and governance structures to support scaling.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner, translating strategy into concrete execution plans across the business.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or high‑growth operations.
• Proven ability to solve structured problems and communicate effectively with senior executives.
• Comfortable owning both strategy formulation and implementation.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• High ambition balanced with humility.
