Deputy General Manager – Hospitality, Food & Service

About the role

The Deputy General Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operational and commercial performance of the Hospitality & Food business cluster. Reporting to senior leadership, this role translates strategic direction into actionable plans, ensures operational excellence, and drives financial results while preparing for future General Manager responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across hospitality and food services to meet business objectives.
• Implement and monitor operational plans, corrective actions, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Translate corporate strategy into operational action plans and lead transformation projects.
• Support business expansion, growth initiatives, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Assist in achieving revenue, profitability, and cost‑management targets; monitor budgets and expenditures.
• Review performance reports and recommend actions to improve financial and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, hospitality, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing hospitality or food service operations at a senior level.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership potential with a view toward future General Manager responsibilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
