Demand & Supply Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Demand & Supply Planner to ensure optimal stock availability across brand partner stores on major Southeast Asian marketplaces. You will drive end‑to‑end inventory and forecasting operations, supporting the S&OP process and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts across multiple time horizons and marketplaces, incorporating historical trends and demand drivers.
• Manage forecast accuracy, especially during high‑impact events such as promotions and supplier stock issues.
• Plan inventory replenishment and coordinate activities to meet changing product demand.
• Monitor inventory levels across all platforms to maintain optimal quantity, mix and working capital.
• Lead replenishment efforts ensuring the right quantities and assortment across locations.
• Collaborate with brand partners and supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment.
• Prepare monthly management reviews, reporting forecast and inventory performance and proposing improvements.
• Support risk assessment and mitigation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or Management Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in supply chain or related field, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented with a high level of execution and sense of urgency.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency and data analysis capabilities.
• Solid mathematical and statistical knowledge.
• Understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
