About the role
We are looking for a Delivery Team Head to lead our delivery operations in Pasig. The role focuses on supervising daily activities, driving continuous improvement and ensuring a professional, service‑oriented environment for the team.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the delivery team and monitor performance.
- Provide control, guidance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
- Motivate team members and take corrective actions when needed.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of reporting, communications terminology, technology and organisational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in standards‑driven or manufacturing operations.
- Background in large multinational logistics or Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environments is preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Required skills
- ISO standards knowledge.
- Productivity tools proficiency.
