About the role

The Deals and Corporate Finance Manager will join PwC's Corporate Finance practice, delivering innovative deal solutions and advisory services from initiation through completion. The role supports leading companies across industries in originating, creating, executing, and realizing value from transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of client engagements, reporting to Senior Managers and above.
• Oversee financial management aspects of client deals.
• Identify and research business development opportunities for new and existing clients.
• Develop and enhance technical expertise within the team.
• Design strategies to address complex technical challenges.
• Assist in managing and delivering large‑scale projects.
• Train, coach, and supervise junior staff.
• Stay informed on local and national business and economic trends.
• Strengthen internal relationships and promote the PwC brand.

Required profile

• Manager‑level professional with strong problem‑solving abilities and consulting experience.
• Demonstrated capability to support senior leadership and manage client portfolios.
• Proactive business development mindset.
• Ability to develop technical acumen and solve complex challenges.
• Fluent spoken and written Chinese.
