Customer Success & Business Operations Coordinator

About the role

CyberOne is seeking a highly organised Customer Success & Business Operations Coordinator to support its customer success function and broader business operations. The role is remote and ideal for candidates with strong administrative experience, a security‑first mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power BI.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customer onboarding activities, including NDAs, welcome packs and documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer, partner and supplier records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Produce dashboards, reports and operational insights using Power BI and monitor success metrics.
• Support supplier onboarding, audit coordination and performance tracking.
• Complete client security questionnaires, manage document control and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and creating Power BI reports.
• Strong organisational, document‑management and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Experience in customer onboarding or customer success administration.
• Desirable: background in cybersecurity, managed services or familiarity with ISO 27001 and security questionnaires.
