Customer Success Associate – Remote (Alabang BPO)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to work remotely and support clients in adopting and using WelcomeWare. The role focuses on helping customers achieve their business objectives through effective onboarding, training, and ongoing assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the implementation and adoption of WelcomeWare.
• Provide proactive support and troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or chat.
• Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for upselling or additional training.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve product experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with SaaS applications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
