Customer Service Representative – Financial Services

About the role

Wells Fargo is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its high‑volume contact center. You will assist customers with inquiries about financial products and services across multiple communication channels, delivering a best‑in‑class experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, text, chat, video chat and other channels.
• Resolve problems, answer questions and provide accurate information about financial products.
• Follow work guidelines, policies and regulations while navigating multiple computer systems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff as directed by supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members and interact with internal and external customers.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, financial services or a contact‑center environment (or equivalent through training, military service or education).
• Minimum of two years of college education or equivalent.
• Ability to attend the full training period and work additional hours when needed.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the assigned location.
