Project Manager (BPO)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead small to medium initiatives within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. The role involves coordinating business and technical projects, ensuring they align with corporate goals and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project planning documents, charters, and communication plans while securing sponsor approval.
• Define team roles, create work‑breakdown structures, schedules, and deployment plans; lead meetings and manage scope changes.
• Set expectations with resource managers, provide performance feedback, maintain issue logs, and resolve problems.
• Report project status, monitor ROI, and track time and budget against the plan.
• Design testing strategies, conduct project close‑out activities, and manage quality review checkpoints.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a BPO setting.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, performance management, and process‑improvement capabilities.
• Healthcare industry background preferred.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
