About the role
The Customer Relationship Manager will be the primary point of contact for Globe’s clients in Davao, responsible for building strong, lasting relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture client relationships by understanding their needs, goals, and preferences.
- Proactively retain existing clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage client accounts, providing regular updates on product enhancements, new offerings, and industry trends.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to generate additional revenue.
- Handle client complaints, escalating complex cases to internal stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor client metrics such as satisfaction scores, retention rates, and revenue growth to inform strategy.
- Coordinate contract and agreement management with legal and finance teams, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Conduct client feedback surveys and use insights to improve processes and services.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a technical, enterprise or B2B environment.
- Proven account management or client‑facing experience.
- Experience delivering client‑focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Background in telecom, ICT or IT industries is preferred.
