Customer Experience Specialist – Spanish (Night Shift)

About the role

Maersk is seeking a bilingual Spanish‑English Customer Experience Specialist to join its Night Shift team in Pasig City. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, handling invoicing, payment collection, and daily issue resolution while ensuring high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Handle counter‑Chile tasks, including invoicing, payment validation and cargo release.
• Resolve customer issues via email and chat in line with client processes.
• Manage tickets through a case‑management system and create receipts and invoices.
• Prepare and submit export/import documentation, including Original Bill of Lading (OBL).
• Perform root‑cause analysis for escalations and train new hires on processes.
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness and compliance with established procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate education.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• 1‑2 years experience in logistics, shipping or customer‑service support, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Flexibility to work permanent night‑shift schedules and occasional weekends.
• Willingness to work onsite in Pasig City.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (preferred).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
