Customer Experience Specialist – Portuguese Speaker

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Portuguese‑speaking Customer Experience Specialist to support end‑to‑end landside transport execution. You will work with a global logistics network, using SAP TMS to ensure efficient, cost‑effective delivery for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full landside shipment cycle – booking, planning, delivery and order closure – through SAP TMS.
• Plan and optimise transport, allocate vendors, schedule shipments and handle amendments or cancellations.
• Monitor execution, proactively resolve exceptions and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with transport vendors to ensure service compliance and performance.
• Maintain accurate system updates, validate costs and close orders to support billing and profitability.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, customer experience, terminals and regional front‑office teams.
• Participate in internal meetings and contribute ideas for operational improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• 3‑5 years of experience in customer service, BPO or shipping industry (voice or non‑voice), preferably in landside logistics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience using SAP BI applications/tools.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP TMS (transport management system).
