Customer Experience Associate (Spanish)

About the role

The Customer Experience Associate (Spanish) will act as the primary point of contact for Maersk’s Spanish‑speaking customers, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end shipment lifecycle. You will collaborate with internal teams and offshore Global Service Centers to resolve issues, manage cases and support onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer channels, case handling and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate contract and dispute management, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Communicate with local and overseas colleagues to resolve exceptions promptly.
• Support the Customer Experience Partner and internal teams in export/import tasks.
• Facilitate documentation, cargo readiness and delivery order processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Customs Administration or related field).
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service within shipping, forwarding or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong understanding of customers’ business drivers and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
