About the role
We are looking for a CRM & B2B Operations Specialist to manage and optimise our end‑to‑end sales pipeline. The role will maintain lead data, support prospecting, handle initial client interactions and ensure smooth onboarding of new B2B partners.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the CRM system (initially spreadsheet, moving to Monday.com) ensuring accurate lead data, interaction history and client details.
- Develop and execute workflows to clean and segment prospect lists for targeted outreach in interior design, boutique retail and trade sectors.
- Monitor data health and facilitate seamless hand‑offs between business development and account management teams.
- Research and build high‑quality prospect lists, qualify leads against Ideal Customer Profiles and coordinate with the digital team on lead‑generation campaign performance.
- Act as the first point of contact for B2B inquiries, triage requests, and conduct initial discovery communications to gather business requirements.
Required profile
- Highly organised and detail‑oriented with a process‑driven mindset.
- Proactive communicator comfortable handling both data‑centric and client‑facing tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate across teams.
