About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainer to deliver onboarding and skill‑building sessions for new hires and existing staff. The role focuses on preparing employees to perform effectively and supporting their continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

Conduct onboarding and ongoing skills training for employees.
Design and prepare training materials, presentations, and modules.
Monitor trainee progress and assess learning outcomes.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help participants improve.

Required profile

1–2 years of experience in training, facilitation, or a related field.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Effective time‑management and adaptability.
Demonstrated coaching and mentoring capability.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
