About the role
Maersk is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join its global logistics team. You will manage contract and rate lifecycles, ensure accurate pricing setup, and support billing and financial operations across multiple systems.
Key responsibilities
- Manage contract lifecycle including rate filing, amendments, and renewals.
- Ensure accurate and timely rate setup in systems such as Athena and FACT.
- Convert and upload rate cards with high data accuracy, maintaining correct pricing logic and charge mapping.
- Enable accurate billing and invoicing, supporting dispute resolution and financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, Product, and Operations to ensure data completeness and alignment.
Required profile
- Graduate of any 4‑year Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, or supply chain operations.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work on a dayshift schedule with onsite presence.
