Company Nurse

About the role

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a Company Nurse to lead and shape its health and wellness culture. This position combines clinical care with strategic program management, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive health program in line with legal and health standards.
• Conduct health surveillance, analyze medical records, and recommend administrative actions.
• Design health awareness campaigns addressing emerging diseases and national concerns.
• Coordinate with government agencies on new regulations and update company policies accordingly.
• Manage the health budget by sourcing free resources, medicines, and vaccines.
• Present health objectives during audits and submit occupational health and safety reports to relevant authorities.
• Provide first‑aid treatment, conduct initial medical assessments, and support employee health inquiries.
• Serve as a speaker for new‑employee orientation and assist with employee registration at City Hall.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a valid professional license.
• Preferably holds an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) certification (optional).
• Strong command of English communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
