Client Relations Officer

About the role

The Client Relations Officer is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the National Capital Region, Philippines. You will manage daily interactions with corporate and institutional clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, concerns, and service requests while supporting the delivery of quality healthcare services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client interactions, responding promptly to inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments and healthcare partners to resolve issues, facilitate approvals, and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client records, prepare regular reports, and monitor service performance against agreed standards.
• Conduct client visits or meetings, support onboarding and orientations, and contribute to initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Strong client service and relationship‑management abilities, handling escalations professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Filipino, with effective presentation skills.
• Organizational and administrative competence, attention to detail, time‑management, and accurate documentation.
• Problem‑solving and coordination skills to work with internal teams, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work on‑site in the National Capital Region, adapt to a fast‑paced environment, and maintain a professional, inclusive demeanor.
• Relevant experience in client relations, account management, healthcare administration, or a related field (advantageous).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
