Company Nurse

About the role

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a Company Nurse to lead and shape its health and wellness culture. In this strategic role you will design, implement and oversee comprehensive health programs that support the well‑being of the entire workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive health program in compliance with all health and legal standards.
• Conduct surveillance of workers’ health using medical records, analyze implications, and recommend appropriate administrative actions.
• Design and run health‑awareness campaigns addressing emerging diseases and national health concerns.
• Coordinate with government agencies on new regulations and update company health policies accordingly.
• Manage the health budget by sourcing free resources, medicines, and vaccines.
• Present health objectives during internal and external audits and submit occupational health and safety reports to DOLE and the Bureau of Working Conditions.
• Provide first‑aid treatment, conduct initial medical assessments, and serve as a health resource speaker during new‑employee orientation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a valid professional license.
• Preferably an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) certification (optional).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong patient‑care skills and understanding of health delivery systems.
• Effective communication in English.
