College Instructor – Technology

About the role

CIIT is looking for a passionate technology instructor to join its college faculty in Quezon City. The role focuses on delivering industry‑based, student‑centered learning in computer science, information systems, and game development, helping bridge the skill gap between education and industry.

Key responsibilities

• Implement classroom management techniques that foster critical thinking, strong work attitudes, and positive values.
• Develop curricula that address individual learning differences and align with current industry needs.
• Utilize instructional technologies and innovations to enhance student learning experiences.
• Monitor student performance, provide clear feedback, and support improvement.
• Demonstrate mastery of subject content and teaching skills, modeling exemplary behavior.
• Enforce school policies, collaborate with parents and staff, and participate actively in school activities.
• Collaborate with students continuously to check understanding and reinforce learning goals.
• Identify specific areas of student achievement and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maximize instructional learning time by working with students individually or in groups.

Required profile

• Relevant post‑graduate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Game Development.
• 2–4 years of related industry experience and 1–2 years of formal teaching or training experience.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency with Unreal Engine.
