College Instructor – National Service Training Program (NSTP)

About the role

CIIT is looking for passionate individuals to join its mission of revolutionizing Philippine education. As a College Instructor for the National Service Training Program (NSTP), you will share knowledge, empower students, and help bridge the gap between academia and industry.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement NSTP programs in coordination with relevant departments and government units.
• Prepare periodic and consolidated reports for upper management and regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate updates on implementing rules and regulations of the nationwide NSTP program.
• Issue certificates with CHED and TESDA serial numbers.
• Collaborate with local government units and agencies to enhance student learning experiences.
• Develop learning objectives, utilize resources, and apply innovative instructional methods.
• Recommend and create in‑house trainings on Disaster Response and Risk Reduction (D3R) procedures.
• Disseminate information and conduct seminars for faculty and staff on outreach and first‑aid programs.

Required profile

• Graduate of Community Development, Social Work, or related fields.
• 2–3 years experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating social or community development programs.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience handling NSTP or management‑related subjects.
• Demonstrated personal and professional integrity.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working with technology and new software.
